Tim Vanderhook is Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of Viant Technology, an advertising software company which he co-founded with his brother, Chris Vanderhook, and the two took public in 2021. Mr. Vanderhook leads the company’s strategic and financial operations in addition to product innovation. Under his leadership, Viant Technology has grown and matured into a Nasdaq-listed company with $165.3 million in revenue for 2020, ten offices and more than 350 employees.
A serial entrepreneur, Mr. Vanderhook has raised private equity capital, executed numerous acquisitions and co-founded XUMO, one of the largest ad-supported Over-The-Top streaming services, which was acquired by Comcast in February 2020.
He is recognized for his digital advertising expertise and innovation having pioneered the development and standardization of digital advertising practices commonly used today, in addition to authoring several innovative technology patents, including Internet Connected Household Identification, Upfront Advertising Purchasing Exchange, and User Demographic Profile Methods.
Mr. Vanderhook is avid sports fan and resides with his wife Laura and their four children in Orange County, California.
Mr. Wilson is a co-founder and general partner at Swift Ventures (“Swift”), a venture capital firm, which was founded in 2021. Prior to founding Swift, Mr. Wilson served as VP and GM, Advertising, at Adobe Inc. (“Adobe”) from 2016 to 2019. From 2007 to 2016, Mr. Wilson served as co-founder and CEO of TubeMogul (formerly, Nasdaq: TUBE), which was a leading software company for brand advertising, specializing in digital video advertising and programmatic buying, prior to its acquisition by Adobe in 2016. Mr. Wilson currently serves on the board of advisors of the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Mr. Wilson received a B.S. degree from California State University, Chico, and his M.B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
